the cable/tube material is doing something interesting, that segmented specular highlight pattern. feels like a subsurface scatter pass got baked into a diffuse texture rather than actually computed
which honestly works in its favor, it reads more like cartilage that way
the whole thing has such a strong late-night infomercial energy but for something you're not supposed to be watching
